During the winter, Yuichi was hospitalized due to hepatitis. Randomly, he would try to escape from the hospital but would get scolded by the nurse. One day, he happened to meet Rika, a girl of his age, in the next building. He was fascinated by her beauty, but she was a very selfish girl. Although she led him by the nose, he began to be attracted by her. However, when Rika told him about her illness, he knew why she acted so selfish: she didn’t have long to live..

My opinion: Even though it’s been a few years since I saw HanTsuki (Hanbun no Tsuki), I can still say with confidence that I enjoyed this one very much. This is a short, heart-warming lil’ romance anime about a boy named Yuuichi and a girl, Rika, in a hospital.
Rika doesn’t have long to live and you, the viewer, are perfectly aware of this. While this dreadful fact will follow you to the very end (as you’ll wonder how everything will end up), the warmness surrounding the two main characters will somehow ease that fact (which is quite a challenge, if you consider that this is an anime about death).
Whether you’re a boy or a girl, this is a show that you’ll most likely enjoy if you like romance anime, even by a little. It’s only 6 episodes long; go for it ! Uncle Zana says you shouldn’t miss that one 8)
As for me, I definitely plan on rewatching this when I’ll have the chance.

Not about this anime in particular but I am really reluctant to watch such short shows. The second you start to get into the story it's already over and that's just frustrating (for me). Thus I never really watch those 6 episodes anime.

Unfortunately it's mostly a question of budget. Although some series are just about right with 12 episodes or so, I do agree that 6 episodes (or less), can sometimes feel short.

As for the anime,it's too short,I'll be upset if I found it's really good but I watching the whole anime too quick.
I cried manly tears after watching this for the first time a few months ago.
