Why can’t browsers just render pages the same way :/ So annoying.
The player on Remix Madness posts is supposed to be transparent, y’know..
I’m saying “supposed” because only Opera is able to render it properly.
Remix Madness : Tori no Uta
BandwidthEater round two, with the famous song “Tori no Uta” from the Air anime series. This anime is a classic among classics, and you can’t call yourself an anime fan if you haven’t watched this
The search for remixes didn’t turn out as awesome as I expected, although there are still a few good ones among them. As usual, it’s mostly Techno/Trance oriented, so be advised.

Hard time with last week’s second GtA, as only two people found out that it was Kurenai (the OVA).
The first GtA of this week is quite easy, as you’ve got a fairly large “clue” for it.
Beat of the week changed to “Cras numquam scire”, ダンタリアンの書架‘s opening. Wasn’t sure to use this one for the week (as it contains some blabla), but in the end I picked it.
We have a new Remix Madness post incoming tomorrow. I picked a famous anime song for this one, and as expected : there is much content to hear! Otanoshimi~
Was thinking about making a Fall 5.1 chart but I’ll wait for the v6 instead (end of the week).

I was thinking that instead of displaying reputation points next to each commenter, I could display the total number of comments he/she has made with the same mail address. I still don’t know whether I should implement this or not :/

Late results of the first GtA of this week :
-Wazabii-, Airetta, Asawon, DisturbedTK, Dragonfly, Erulim, flat, geraldace, Jumendez-sama, kk, LaLa-Sama, Lawrence Leong, meteochan, naok, oh noes!!, Silent4lyfe and versita found the right anime, which was Toradora!, featuring our buddy Inko-chan, of course !

A little cuteness for a change.
Namori (なもり)
Namori’s artworks are usually quite easy to spot, as they primarily focus on characters with, most of the time, a simple and uniform background. Outlines are a bit raw, and colors are kept to a small number too. While this may sound a bit “simple” for artworks, it is not : There’s actually quite a bit of work on the characters (after all, they’re the focus of Namori’s works), and facial expressions are something you should give a particular attention to.
It often seems like his/her works depict an anime-like or slice-of-life situation. Well, at least that’s the feeling I get. Namori’s Pixiv profile is worth the visit, as well as Elegy Syndrome, his/her website.

I’m like, super angry :/
Just spent all my evening on IntenseDebate, because I liked the reputation points and the login + subscriptions features, but it doesn’t support comment preview nor comment editing for visitors. Besides, in order to be able to gain reputation points, you need an IntenseDebate account. Well, I bet you wouldn’t be happy about that, do you?
This gave me a few ideas though.

Sorry, I fell asleep. A little more delay for the chart. Tehe~
I’ll finish as soon as I get home, otherwise I could repeat the same mistake over and over again.
Results for the 2nd GtA of last week are as follows :
-Wazabii-, Airetta, Amy-chan, arnfear, Dark Knight, Dragonfly, Erulim, Eterad, Eternith, flat, Furiten, Ingu, Jones, Jumendez-sama, kouji, KuroGaneOokami, LaLa-Sama, Lawrence Leong, Maciek Stanasiuk, naok and Silent4lyfe found the right anime, which was K-ON!
I didn’t take one of the main songs on purpose for the sample, but looks like it was too easy nonetheless. I believe the new GtA is also easy, but I just couldn’t bring myself to make the sample shorter. Surely you’ll understand why when you listen to it 
Beat of the Week changed to “I’ll be the one”.
I didn’t know of this song until a few days ago (shame on me, since the anime it comes from is quite a classic), when a Japanese person introduced it to me. I quite like it.
Many things on my TODO list for the blog, so I’ll just keep going with the flow.
Wish I had.. even just one week of holidays to wrap things that have piled up over time. Truth is, I’m not getting any holidays until Summer 2012. It’s going to be a long road ahead 
You’re probably aware of this already, but the final season of Zero no Tsukaima has been pushed back to 2012. There will, however, be a ZnT anime airing in 2011 that will recap the previous series.

Almost done with the v5, but I have work tomorrow so I’ll make the release on Monday evening.
Blog had a small maintenance earlier, to implement banners and the new content warning system.
The new system should pop up before any content is displayed, and the associated image is “safe” looking. This should, I hope, help people not to fall into embarrassing situations
