A while ago (I just remembered), somebody asked me why I do not put ads on the blog.
Short answer : Over my dead body !
I hate ads, cos it defaces your website, doesn’t look nice, and barely brings any penny to your wallet unless you’ve got a huge traffic (and even with that..). Not only that, but you barely have any control over what is displayed in the ad. I believe anyone has, at least once, experienced his/her anti-virus going “Mune-Kyuuuuun” over an infected ad when visiting a website that isn’t fraudulent at all.
Well, that’s just Uncle Zana’s point of view. Don’t mind.
Anyway, enjoy another 18+/Non-18+ pair for today.

Terabyte (てらばいと)
You like guns? If so, Terabyte is one Pixiv artist to follow. Terabyte is a big fan of guns and military stuff, and his publications clearly reflects this, with 99% of his works featuring either a weapon or something similar. The style is a bit rough and/or chaotic sometimes, but it’s pretty good stuff nonetheless. If you’re a Touhou fan, Terabyte also published a (or maybe several?) doujins under the “Touhou Project”. Well, if you ever wanted to see some Touhou characters with guns’n stuff, he’s the man

-Wazabii-, Asawon, LaLa-Sama and wujunjie found the first GtA of this week, which was Mayoi Neko Overrun!. Nozomi’s name is actually pronounced at the end of the sample if you listen carefully.

Postponing the JA article for the coming Friday, because after doing some simple maths, I realized that : Time at which I need to be at work (9:00AM) minus actual time (4:00AM) equals 5 hours of sleep, minus some extra time to get ready, equals not much time left for sleeping. Oops.

I just spent 4 hours on 2 WordPress plugins.. What an awesome evening 
Hopefully everything is working(?) now.
This won’t be for this week, but I plan on “trying” (this is very delicate) to improve the blog’s response time, because I dunno for you guys (and ladies), but to me the blog is too slow to respond between requests, especially to load the main page. This is because WordPress loads every plugin each time, even if it’s not needed on a post/page. Talk about efficiency here :/

Fans of Recettear can rejoice, as Chantelise will be released in less than 3 days from now, on Steam.
Looks quite sudden to me as I didn’t hear about this, but who cares 
So let’s resume what’s to come on the short term : DtA and JA post in the next two days, update for the comment subscription plugin tomorrow, new version of AniFetch this week (I hope), and addition of comment formatting guidelines near the comment reply box (this way, commenters will be able to see which tags they are able to use in their comments).

Fixing the slideshow is proving to be a pain in the..
Anyway, as some of you know, I’m planning on making a menu in which visitors (ie : you) can customize several things on the blog, in order to provide a better experience for everyone.
