These seem to just be uploaded to YouTube/NND, so I'd imagine not. I'd recommend getting JDownloader (guide and link to download it here) and downloading the videos yourself to convert to any format you see fit. I'd recommend getting foobar2000 and converting through it's built in converter (guide on how to do that here).
And sorry if you have a Mac, because this obviously won't work for Macs.
Oh, this is interesting. Although I'm not sure if I can listen to 12 different versions of the same song.
Also, inb4 touhou in this section someday.
